Becoming an accredited employer

Becoming an accredited employer is the first step in the three-check process of the new Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV). The webinar covered the requirements for franchisees and employers who place AEWV holders with controlling third parties.

You can apply for employer accreditation for the AEWV from 23 May 2022. You only need to become accredited if you want to hire a migrant worker on an AEWV.
