Concordia is the voice for the Specialist Trades in the construction industry and regularly admonish poor behaviour of main contractors towards subcontractors as well as providing free guidance and advice on their linked in posts. 

There are still too many in the construction industry working without contracts, not issuing valid payment claims, being hammered by main contractors for delay, and are generally having a bit of a rough time out there now judging by the number of calls they receive each week.

Attached below is a one-day intensive course they have put together for our members.  It covers everything you need to know to ensure you get paid and can manage the bullying behaviour and hold your own.   They are offering 10% discount for 5 or more members.
