Lead your crew with confidence: full-day tradies workshop

Leading a crew takes a different set of skills from being on the tools.

When every question, decision and problem comes back to you, it is difficult to step back, lead well and keep the business moving. That is why CGF has partnered with Roar Coaching to deliver **Real Leadership: Tradies Tour**, a practical, full-day workshop created for tradies who lead people.

The workshop will help you build the confidence and core skills to get the best from your team, without having to keep stepping in and doing the work for them.

What you will learn:

• how to define your own leadership style
• how to build stronger relationships with your team
• how your work environment shapes the way you lead
• practical skills in listening, clarity, questions, feedback and delegation
• how to create better results for you, your team and your business.

There is no theory for theory’s sake. The day is hands-on and built around tools you can use when you return to work.

CGF is funding 50% of the course fee for eligible FloorNZ members.
