Who is this online course for?

Sometimes things go wrong – it happens to all of us at some point. When we face challenges on a project, it’s important that we can identify the issue and find a resolution as quickly as possible. This workshop looks at ways to investigate and identify problems, how to plan a remediation process, and importantly, how to manage the client through the process.

The course is ideally suited to all contractors, whether vastly experienced or relatively new to the industry, timber and adhesive manufacturers, as well as retailers, suppliers and insurance company assessors.
Irrespective of whether you have been in the industry for a short period or for some time, there is always vital information you can learn.

This workshop will include:

  • The most commonly seen issues the industry faces, with a range of products and install methods explored
  • How to identify the causes of issues on site
  • How to benchmark concerns against relevant codes and standards
  • How to manage disputes that may arise
  • How to plan and execute a solution to any site-based concerns
