Future of Work Survey

We would like to invite you to participate in an industry-wide survey on the skills of the construction workforce and climate change. The information you provide will be a valuable component to a research project undertaken by BRANZ, ConCOVE and Waihanga Ara Rau. The research project seeks to examine the knowledge, competencies and experience required of the construction sector’s workforce to help transition to a zero-carbon built environment. Your responses will help BRANZ, ConCOVE and Waihanga Ara Rau to develop information and resources to support the sector in transitioning to a net-zero carbon economy.
The survey has been designed to be completed easily, with mostly short answers and will take approximately 10 minutes to finish. The survey has four sections: I: Participant demographics. II: Awareness of climate change. III: Knowledge and skills in relation to zero carbon construction. IV: Preparing for the transition to zero carbon.
Taking part in this survey is completely voluntary. Your answers are important to us and will remain confidential. Any information collected will be securely stored without any identifying information.
