FloorNZ Membership Logo

The FloorNZ logo is available for you to use on your marketing material if you wish to do so.

This comes with the below set of terms and conditions for you to agree to.

1. 1. Only use the logo while you are a current FloorNZ member and only to promote yourself as a FloorNZ member.
   2. Cease using the FloorNZ logo if you cease to be a current FloorNZ member.
   3. Only use the logo in its entirety, except that you may change the size or use it in black and white.
   4. Not use the logo in any way that could mislead the public or bring the FloorNZ into disrepute.
   5. Not use the logo in any way that indicates it provides a guarantee or warranty to your clients as to the product or service being provided by you.
   6. Not use, register or apply to register any other sign or logo that is, in our view, potentially misleading while you are a FloorNZ member or at any other time.
   7. Not copy or forward an electronic copy of the logo to any person or organisation except for in the course of its ordinary use.
   8. Not dispute ownership of the logo at any time or register or apply to register the logo.
   9. Indemnify FloorNZ against all loss, damage, liability, cost and expense suffered or incurred by us as a result of your breach of these terms, including where you misrepresent yourself as being a current FloorNZ member:

      • • You understand that if you breach the terms of this agreement, action may be taken against you, including under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or the Copyright Act 1994.
        • We reserve the right to change the terms of use of the logo or replace it with another logo at any time, and you agree to comply with any such changes.
